Non-use fee
Bci Pagos reserves the right to charge for non-use of equipment or for processing under the threshold of 80 UF per month. This is a monthly fee that applies to all merchants that have hired the POS equipment. This charge will only apply if you do not generate transactions or generate them under the threshold of 80 UF per month. 1.5 UF + VAT will be calculated and charged monthly minus the discount rate charged in the month, if the discount rate charged is greater than 1.5 UF + VAT, no cost will be generated.

Price by means of payment
You cannot charge your customer a different price for the products or services you offer, by virtue of the payment method chosen by the latter. Consequently, your products or services should always have the same price, regardless of what means you pay with, whether cash, or prepaid, debit or credit cards.

MCC: Economic Activity Code
Your Code of Economic Activity (MCC - Merchant Category Code) must match your item registered with the Internal Revenue Service. In addition, you can review it in the Affiliation Application Annex signed at the time of contracting Bci Pagos services.

Criteria for POS Theft, Theft and Loss

If you ever suffer the theft of one or more of your POS terminals, please, within 48 hours of the event, file a report with the Carabineros de Chile and report it to the Contact Center. You will receive an email with instructions to follow. After that, we will send you a new POS machine and you will only have to pay the installation amount corresponding to 0.7 UF + VAT.

In the event of loss or absolute destruction of the POS terminal, you must inform BCI Pagos, through one of our sales executives or our Contact Center, and we will proceed to replace the terminal (s), which will have an associated cost of 6.2 UF + VAT per terminal and 0.7 UF + VAT for each installation carried out.

Absolute destruction is a criterion set by our manufacturers who, in their repair shop, must determine if it is repair level 3 or 4.
