How long does it take for my sales to be deposited?
Receive your funds within 24 business hours in your Bci account, or 48 business hours if you have an account with another bank. We offer you a Bci Pyme checking account at $0 cost.
Can I have an Integrated POS if my POS system is not listed here?
Yes, you can perform custom integrations via API. In any case, write to us so we can find a solution tailored to you.
Are there any other costs associated with the Integrated POS?
There is no additional cost for the Integrated POS functionality. You only need to pay your monthly rental fee (0.55 UF + VAT) and your MDR, which is the fee per transaction (this depends on your business type and does not have a fixed rate).
What do I need to install my Integrated POS?
- Point of sale: You must have a POS system installed and operational at each of your points of sale.
- Internet connection: You must have internet access via WiFi or GPRS (SIM cards).
- Integration: You must perform an integration between the POS terminal(s) and your POS system to communicate sales data and authorization for each transaction.
